Common questions

How do AI scans work?

Open the Scan tab, capture the front of your card (back is optional), and Scout identifies the card and looks up sold comps. Free accounts include 10 AI scans per calendar month.

How do I subscribe to Scout Pro?

In the app, open the paywall when you hit your free scan limit, or choose Upgrade from the Market tab. Purchases go through your Apple ID.

How do I cancel or restore a subscription?

Manage or cancel anytime in iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. To restore on a new device, use Restore Purchases in the Scout paywall.

My collection isn’t syncing

Make sure you’re signed in with the same account. Pull to refresh on the Collection tab, or sign out and back in. If cards are still missing, email us with the account email you use in Scout.

A scan identified the wrong card

On the scan result screen, edit the player / year / set / number before saving. Corrected details re-run market comps so the value stays accurate.

Delete my account or data

Email support@scoutcardtracker.com with the subject “Delete my Scout account.” We’ll remove your collection data and account as described in our Privacy Policy.

Scout is available for iPhone and iPad. Search for Scout: Sports Card Scanner on the App Store once published.
